Cancellations

You can cancel an order from Brightwellsp before it ships.

Before it ships

Email support@brightwellsp.com with your order number and say you want to cancel. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including any shipping charge, to the original payment method.

After it ships

A shipped order cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery or send it back under the returns policy: free by mail within 30 days of delivery.

If we cancel

If we cannot fulfill an item, we cancel that part of the order and refund what you paid for it. We email you when that happens.
