How much is shipping?

Free when your merchandise total, after discounts, is $35 or more. Under $35, shipping is a flat $9.99.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after they ship. The date at checkout is an estimate.

How do returns work?

Eligible items can be returned by mail for free within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We do not take in-store returns.

Do you match prices?

Yes, on the same new item when a qualifying retailer is selling it in stock at a lower public price. Ask before checkout, or within 7 days after delivery.
