Brightwellsp accepts free returns for 30 days after the delivery date.

What can be returned

• Items that are unused and in their original packaging, with accessories included.
• A return of the entire order, or of individual items from that order.

How a refund works

• Return shipping is free.
• The merchandise price is refunded to the original payment method.
• If you return the entire order, we also refund the shipping charge you paid.

How to start

Email returns@brightwellsp.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We will reply with the return steps. We do not accept in-store returns.
